Patriots' Day!!!

My kids were home from school today (day after Easter and all) so we entertained ourselves quite well with the traditional day game (this year vs the Mariners).

Even without the ending, a very entertaining game. But how about Mark Loretta? He picked one heckuva time for his first homer in a Sox uniform!!! A walkoff blast, kids jumping around dancing and screaming, and I think my two little ones are hooked for life...

There is a line at the beginning of 'Fever Pitch,' after the uncle takes young Jimmy Fallon to his first Sox game; 'careful kid, they'll break your heart.'
